KÉSZ Group launches its first residential development in Bucharest
KÉSZ Group has launched its first residential real estate development in Bucharest, the Corallis project, as a fully self-financed investment in collaboration with its subsidiary companies. Currently, KÉSZ Group has operations in five countries, including Romania. The company’s objective is to continuously expand its capacities and strengthen its international presence through comprehensive solutions.
KÉSZ Group's first residential project in Bucharest, Corallis Apartments, is being built in northern Bucharest, on the shores of Lake Grivița, on a 15,000 m² plot. The project is being developed entirely as a self-financed investment, with the involvement of KÉSZ Group’s subsidiaries. The developer is KÉSZ Properties, while the general contractor is KÉSZ Romania, a key player in the regional construction industry.
Sales launched: High demand for lakeside apartments
Future residents of Corallis Apartments will enjoy a green lakeside environment while remaining close to the vibrant city center of Bucharest. Sales of the apartments began in September 2024, and within the first four months, 27% of the available stock has been acquired, representing a total transaction volume of approximately €11.5 million, confirming the project's attractiveness in the real estate market.
Construction work is ongoing, with two out of the five buildings already reaching the ground level. The project completion deadline is set for the end of 2026, with apartment handovers expected at the beginning of 2027.
The concept of Corallis Apatments is designed primarily for families looking for a modern, comfortable, and sustainable home.
The project features 221 apartments, ranging in size from 60 m² to 200 m², including two-, three-, and four-room layouts. Each unit comes with a spacious terrace or garden, while upper-floor apartments offer stunning panoramic views of the lake.

Planned amenities include wellness facilities (swimming pool, fitness center), outdoor yoga and Pilates areas, lakeside promenade, playground and retail units for residents' convenience.
