Our office development in Szeged has reached a new milestone
We are pleased to announce that TILIA office building has reached a new milestone: our first tenants have moved in.
Lufthansa Systems Hungária, an aviation IT company, has started its operations with a team of nearly 80 people on more than 1200 square meters. We are also delighted that the law firm Horváth Lawyers has also chosen TILIA as its new headquarters.
The TILIA project was implemented by KÉSZ Propoerties and KÉSZ Group member companies and strategic partners.

The complex offers 5300 m² of office space, 900 m² of commercial units and an underground car park with 90 parking spaces.
In 2024, we achieved BREEAM Excellent Design Stage certification, successfully completed the WELL Platinum pre-certification process and are aiming for Access4You Gold certification to create a truly accessible and barrier-free working environment for all.

The office building will be officially inaugurated in autumn 2025.
