Design activities are an integral part of KÉSZ Group's operations. Drawing on our engineering expertise, construction experience and innovative approach, we strive to develop architectural and technical solutions that combine client requirements with practical feasibility, quality and cost-effectiveness.

One of the foundations of our design philosophy is a construction-oriented approach. From the outset of the design process, we consider the practical conditions of implementation, construction technologies, budget constraints and scheduling requirements. Our aim is to align design and construction considerations, reducing risks and increasing project efficiency.

In complex general design and multidisciplinary engineering projects, we take into account the requirements of architecture, structural engineering, building envelopes, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as BIM technology. Coordinating the various disciplines allows us to address complex technical challenges comprehensively and develop effective, interconnected solutions.

Our design processes are supported by advanced digital tools, BIM-based workflows and spatial design coordination. These enable the early identification of technical clashes, the comparison of design alternatives and the resolution of construction-related issues during the design phase.

Our general design and multidisciplinary engineering references cover a wide range of industries and building types. In addition to the paint shop building at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét, the Procter & Gamble manufacturing facility, the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Kecskemét and the Lynx armoured vehicle manufacturing plant in Zalaegerszeg, our references include design and coordination work related to major facilities such as the Hungexpo Reception Building, MOL Headquarters, National Athletics Stadium, Liszt Ferenc International Airport, Puskás Ferenc Stadium, the Kistefos Museum in Norway and the Open Air Stage in Riga.
